iphone 5s not connected to the LTE network

In Venezuela the operator Movistar recently offered to the public the LTE service. The model of my iphone 5s supports LTE network (A1533 model).

But when active since data- LTE-mobile configurations; a warning that says "the operator has not certified the use of the mobile network to LTE in the iPhone appears.
