Turbotax 2014 from app store charges $95 for each return

I'm using Turbotax 2014 from the Mac app store. When you go to e-file or print, the app charges a fee via an in-app purchase. I paid for the premier version for $127. With that purchase, I'm entitled to 5 federal e-files for family members; however, when I go to efile my 2nd return, Turbotax is requiring another payment of $95. Intuit support was unable to help and suggested I contact the Apple App store.

Any suggestions other than asking for a refund?

Thanks!
