Keyboard keys mixed up

All my number keys on my keyboard would be qwertyuiop + the actual numbers for example:

1qw2e3r4t5y6u7i8o90

and my qwertyuiop has some mixed keys too like for instance the "e" would be written "e3"

sometimes the qwertyuiop would get mixed with the numbers too. This is really frustrating while typing passwords or anything in general.

Is this a keybinding issue?
