I want to limit access to my Extreme Router but do not know how to do it without adding each device and others cannot access it.

Create a protected network. The setup is in Airport Utility. You will need to now the MAC address of each device you will allow to access the router. Or just implement password security and only give the password to those you allow access.
Not sure what you mean by limit access to the AirPort Extreme router.
Do you mean that you want to limit which devices that can access the settings in AirPort Utility for the AirPort Extreme?....so the network settings cannot be changed by another user?

Do you mean that you want to limit access to the AirPort Extreme network? A good wireless password will prevent other users from being able to connect to your wireless network. Are you looking for something more than this? If yes, what would that be?
