SIM Card Locked
I no longer have a service provider and my SIM is locked. How do I obtain my PUK?
iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1.2
Wireless carriers control PUK - contact your provider. Or remove the sim
until you are ready to use the iPhone on cellular service again; at that time,
whichever provider you choose will give you a new sim.
