Numbers not syncing

hi, I have just purchased a new iPad air2, and saved my old iPad backup when I opened it, all my apps are downloaded, but my numbers app is not finding my files in Icloud folder option. iPhone and Mac air are the other apple products I have and iPhone is syncing perfectly
