I cannot delete icons or homepage. I've rebooted. Reset. They wobble then a lot of them flash off and on and I can't stop them none of the controls work

IIcons or homepages I've uploaded onto my homes teen won't delete.

I Hold the icon down, they all wobble. I press the x then the bottom half of icons flash off the screen then back on again and that won't stop

i I then have to reboot as it won't stop. I've rest, switched off and on and my homescreen is full of icons etc and I cannot get them off

Are these apps which were downloaded from App store or the apps which come with the device preinstalled? If preinstalled then they cannot be removed & to remove a homescreen you have to remove the apps on that screen. You could store them all in a folder on the first homescreen (you must have one homescreen).
