Highlighting cells.

Can't find how to do this.

I want to highlight cells with a number of days(obtained by using a formula), in green for a number of days under a certain limit and red for over that limit.

Be grateful for any help.

Hi Hughie,

I am not sure what formula you are using to calculate the number of days, but here is an idea.

User uploaded file

Body Cells in B and C are formatted as Date & Time with no Time displayed

Format Panel > Cell > Data Format > Date & Time

User uploaded file

Formula in D2 (and Fill Down

=C2−B2

If days (for example 8d) do not appear, format column D like this

In Conditional Highlighting, Add a Rule and choose Durations

If you are calculating the days between the start date and today, Column C could have the formula =TODAY
