I need your help to decide the mac mini is ok (4GB of 1600MHz LPDDR3 And 1.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i5) for Supporting Logic Pro X and Protools 11 to Making a Home Studio..?

Logic Pro X requires:

Minimum System Requirements	4GB of RAM Display with 1280-by-768 resolution or higher OS X v10.9.5 or later Requires 64-bit Audio Units plug-ins Minimum 6GB of disk space. 35GB of optional content available via in-app download.

ProTools requires

Total System RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB required for video playback

And this lists the 2012 i7 Mini as compatible

I would expect the 2104 i7 but not the two i5 options like you proposed to be compatible. Yo will have to contact Pro tools to confirm that the 2104 i7 is compatible. Not that 2102 i7 is a 4 core machine while the all 2104 Minis are only two core
