iPad keeps crashing then going in to a loop trying to restart

I downloaded ios 8.2 when it was requested for me to do so...My ipad froze I had to call for support....got it working 2 days later I charged it now completely dead..won't turn on , it's just black! Not happy ...at all! This ipad is only 2 years old I didn't have a single problem before downloading this garbage 😟 Good luck with yours! 🙂
