iphone 5s screen keeps shaking in a crazy way

my iphone screen keeps shaking crazy ..

i tried to reset and erase all data but it stuck ..

and when i restart it in the restore mode the screen sometimes shaking and sometimes not

shaking mean scrolling up and down in a very fast way .. like an old white and back tv ..
