Freeze typing in mac air

Hi.

I purchase mac air md760

In first use mac,i would type any word without any freeze but now when i type with keyboard,sometime freeze keys.

However available ram is 900 mb.

also when i start mac,in normal state,available ram is 1.5 gig why?

What is solution?
