You can't track it through the IMEI.

You did, of course, back the pics and data up to iCloud? Or your computer?

If you cannot find the device using Find My iPhone, then your only hope is recovering its contents from a backup. If you did not set up Find My iPhone and did not back up the device, then you are screwed.

i am using icloud from window PC and showing that i have 5GB storage, 3.5 of Backup and 1.5 is free.. kindly give me better suggession which are helpfull for me.. thakns

You answered your own question - if you have 3.5 GB of backup in iCloud - then you have a backup.

Sir here is screen shot of icloud which is showing 3.4GB backup.. Now please tell me the process of accessing this backup??

You restore that backup to another iOS device. That's the only way.
