Please I forgot my security questions and my account has got block

Hello dears ....

I have forgotten my security questions for my Apple Id please , i'm in need for your kind help , I tried many times , but reseting through rescue email doesn't pop up and even wanted to contact Apple staff ....I entereed my phone number from iraq, it says unavailable ....any apple support from kurdistan or iraq?
