i restored my phone and when i want to activate it, it requires the icloud id and password. i tried to sign in using apple id's password but it is wrong. plus, the icloud's id and password was set up at the shop. i don't know and can't remember what is exactly is. help me..

If you have original receipt, you can contact Apple and they may be able to assist. Receipt has to be provided by Apple or Apple authorized resellers, as far as I know.
