my iphone 5s and itunes says i have 10 GB of photo but i don't have any photo in my iphone

my iPhone 5s and iTunes says i have 10 GB of photo but i don't have any photo in my iPhone and i delete all of it. can anyone help me how can i empty my flash memory of iPhone.
