Help with podcast submission "experiencing technical difficulties"?

How can I solve the problem. I have entered the correct feed. feed is http://feeds.feedburner.com/greenwoodbc/mijm whenever I click submit I get an error saying that "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." This has gone on for a while now, more than just a few hours. Is this an Apple problem, or is it my problem?
