I have a iMac it is about 2 years old it has recently started to run very slow, it started to have issue after I had to down load firefox for a school program I have recently deleted firefox but it is still slow could it be virus?

In addition to everything Thomas has said which I agree with completely, the report says that Time Machine is not configure. I suggest that you implement a backup procedure for your Mac. Getting an external disk drive and configuring Time Machine is very inexpensive and easy.
In addition to what other people have said, the latest OS software 10.10 "Yosemite" does not run well on older machines with only 4 GB of RAM. I suggest you upgrade your RAM. See OWC: http://eshop.macsales.com/MyOWC/Upgrades.cfm?sort=pop&model=437&type=Memory
Memory upgrades for this machine are very fast and easy to do.
