AS USUAL. something is screwed up with itunes. this time, it freezes right after booting up. generally i can go to the task manager and force close it, but now it freezes the WHOLE GD COMPUTER. what is happening? why is apple incapable of making anything that works? running windows 8.1

I had this same issue. I tried every fix they suggested. My solution which fixed it, system restore. I went back 2 weeks on my computer, it took about 20 minutes or so for it to restore it back but I've got no issues with it freeze up my computer and iTunes Store is working fine. Attempt that solution before giving up completely.
