Audio file not found

In the loop browser ...the loops are highlighted green or blue.........When I drag a green highlighted loop out of the browser and try to add to a project.....It says audio file not found ......... I have tried to Delete and reload app several times w/ no luck......anyone have any Ideas.....Thanx..... Frustrated
