icloud id problem

i wrote wrong many times my icloud id and asks me to login to my email but i dont remember my email password allthought i've already logged in to my itunes account with another account

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1.2

I see that you need to reset your iCloud account password. This can be done by going to iCloud.com and clicking the link for “Forgot ID or Password?” at the bottom of the page, or you can use the information in this link:
