iphone 5 will not connect to Safari

iPhone 5 will not connect to server. Receive email & connected to WIFI

All software up to date. Did reboot & reset from settings. No luck

Receive message — “Safari cannot open page — server cannot be found.”

iPhone 4 connecting to server successfully. Problem must be somewhere within iPone 5.

Help please. Searched community but did not find anything that eliminated the difficulty.
