Buyer of my old phone is complaining they're keep getting asked for my iCloud password. He has managed to login to his own account but keeps occasionally getting asked for my password. Is there a way to sort this? Thanks

On your Mac, go to Find my iPhone and remove the old phone from your account.

The instructions are for you to follow (you are the previous owner), what are you contacting the new owner for?
