If you haven't already done so then check your account's purchase history - you can view the full purchase history via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, on your iPad you can view the last 90 days via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If it shows there and you didn't purchase it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then contact iTunes Support :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

If it doesn't then contact your card issuer, their fraud department should handle it.

I have also just noticed this issue happening to me with the same phone number listed.  There were two charges for 14.99 each which I did not authorize.  I believe that someone has hacked the iTunes database of CC Info...

I have just reported to my bank and am hoping they can resolve this issue and refund me the money.

Someone at Apple definitely needs to check up on this - I have seen threads about this number where people have been having this problem since 2014!!!!

I have a charge from the iTunes Store and have made NO purchases. I signed in to the iTunes Store to check purchase history and it does not work (error message). When I call the number listed on my credit card online banking, their voicemail tells me to look at iTunes.com/bill. I went there and tried to view recent purchase. It doesn't work. Nobody answering the phone number and no information (yes, I signed in) at the web address they referenced. I absolutely HATE iTunes and their Store. I have had all sorts of problems with them since I finally gave in and purchased an iMac last year. Big mistake! I will use this thing as long as my nerves will take it and gladly return to Microsoft. It is very strange to me that I had few problems with iTunes until I bought an Apple desktop. The charge was on 5/17/2016 and I have NOT bought anything from the iTunes Store! I just went in and disabled iTunes Store. Maybe that will help.

As well as your computer's iTunes you can view the last 90 days purchases on an account via http://reportaproblem.apple.com - if you are a family organiser in family sharing check the members accounts as well.

If it shows and you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account and/or devices/computers and did it, then change your password and contact iTunes Support via the above report a problem site. If nothing shows contact your card issuer

14.99 is the price for family sharing. I'm not sure if you signed up for it., but I did by mistake and now can't take it off. They've already dinged by credit card for it. I thought there was a free 3 month trial period. I am on the phone now (should say on hold for the last 37 minutes) trying to get though to someone to reverse charges and tell me how to cancel my family sharing... I didn't even set it up so not sure how they can charge me for something that never happened (to which will be brought up to them as well)

There is no charge for family sharing, or do you mean that you've subscribed to the family version of Apple Music ? If you have subscribed (it's not a temporary store holding charge ?), to stop it renewing : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

I've been having this problem for over two years! There has not been one charge, there have been maybe 15-20 monthly charges anywhere from 2.00 to 59.00!!!!!!!!

I've reported this regularly at first to Apple when I could get someone one the phone, then tried to find the answers myself through my account.  Nothing. I've reported fraud charges after getting into major fights with my daughter because there was no one else to blame. Needless to say, arguments related directly to this issue happen regularly. The bank has worked with us and I've closed accounts several times, removed payment information, from my daughter's accounts. I guess I'll remove mine too.

BUT THE CHARGES ARE IN THE HUNDREDS.

I'm wondering how long people have been writing into this forum. I only came across it because I'm yet again looking for answers. And I've followed the given instructions. The next move is to remove iTunes completely. That'll be no issue.

I have it too and cannot reach apple to discuss it. When I go online the cc number on which I'm being billed isn't even listed as the account to be billed.

The link (View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support) still works for me, what happens when you try to go it ?
