Q: APL* ITUNES.COM/BILL 866-712-7753  has anyone seen this on a bill?

I see this change, can't get in touch with anyone on this site (of course) - - has anyone else had this problem?

    King Penguin FYI I wasn't angry when I said what I said and I found out that someone had skimmed my card and received my card info. I did this without the help of Apple support but I do thank you for your two cents. As for everyone else, please check your bank statements carefully. If you didn't make any purchase from Apple itunes or any Apple subsidiary, contact your banking institution immediately. Someone may be skimming your card.

    yes, i was just charge twice by this billing company, itried reaching out to apple but i was on hold for over 30 mins..

    did you ever find resolution to the issue?

    what number did you call for customer service billing issues ?

    please advise

    If nothing shows on your iTunes accounts purchase histories, including family members accounts if you are a family organiser in family sharing, and you haven't added/changed payment details on your account and received temporary store holding charges (which the card issuer should automatically remove), then contact the card issuer.

     

    If they do show on your account and you didn't do them then change the account's password and contact iTunes Support via the 'contact us' link that's at the bottom of every page on here

    Yes I had the same problem, call your banking institution. Apparently someone had skimmed my card info and was making charges on my account. My banking institution corrected it for me.
