Camera inop after 8.2 update on iPhone 4S

Help, my generally flawless 4S has **** the bed! I did the 8,2 update last week and my camera and instagram won't take pics. It does work, however, when I need to use red laser to read a bar or QR code. I also works when texting, what is up??????
