My iPhone won't play videos

I just updated my iPhone6+ to iOS 8.2 and I've had two problems one is that my iPhone will not play any type of video even be it Vimeo, YouTube, or safari and second when closing out of and app or even just scrolling through one my phone freezes. Please and thank you for your help.
