Q: how can I sort a Battery problem and lack of wifi on iphone 4s?

Since the last update to IOS 8.2 my battery is not holding its power and I can't access wifi.

Have followed suggestions found on Google/Apple with no success. Some say its a hardware

problem resulting from a software upgrade. This happened once before and when a new upgrade

came through from Apple all was well. Can anyone who has a similar problem advise me on how

to solve these issues as soon as possible please? Thanks so much

Hello grodgers,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the battery is not lasting as long as you would like and you can't connect to Wi-Fi. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
