i am not able to upload any data from PC to my Iphone 4s

Question

i want to upload music file and video file from lenovo PC to to Iphone 4s. I am not able to do that.

i have already downoaded icloud to my Lenovo PC. but am not able to upload audio and video file to my Iphone 4s.

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.2

You need to install iTunes and use it to manage the content on your iPhone.

download itune in lenovo PC or iphone $. i already have itune in my iphone...plz help
