Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

"Your purchase could not be completed"

I am trying got buy credits for a game but it keeps appearing this message "Your purchase could not be completed" Please contatct the support at etc.

It's been almost one week, and yes I did contact the support more than 48 hours ago but I did not get any answer.

Any solution ?

If you didn't get a reply (you checked the spam folder as well as the inbox ?) then try contacting them again (we are user-to-user forums, we can't fix it) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
