How do I change countries? I used to live in Australia but am now in the UK. Cannot access any purchases

I Need to change my Apple Store from aus to the UK

iPad Mini, iOS 8.1.3

Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID

Tap your ID

Tap View Apple ID

Enter your password

Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store
