Hello I recently upgraded my ram from 4 GB to 8 GB. When I went into Windows 8.1 it showed me that the dedicated video ram is 32 MB. When it shows me that the total Available Graphics Memory is 1792 MB. Why is it like that, and how can I give all 1792 MB to the video ram?

1792 MB is maximum system (or shared) RAM that the graphics card uses when VRAM (32 MB) is full. It is there to try and maintain video performance, tho its slower than dedicated vram. When not needed it releases so applications can use it too. The graphics card uses the amount dynamically as required, there is nothing to adjust.
