Facebook Push notifications

I Have iphone 5s, and i tried many solutions to solve my facebook push notification , i have this problem:

when i log into facebook using my account and all notifications methods are turned on, but the notification banner and sounds doesn't work, but badge icon worked

and when i log into my facebook app using other account the push notifications work!! .

please if any body knows this issue tel me.
