What I have done in the past is to send out one email with the "To:" being myself and then include all contacts as "Bcc:"
How did you get all the contacts into Bcc? I have hundreds and need to send one to each contact. Any suggestions?
I did it on a Windows system a number of years ago. I use Gmail and their current limit for the number of addressees in the To, CC, and Bcc fields is 2,000. I'm not sure if other email providers or the Apple Mail application have a smaller limit. With Apple Mail you can try Ctrl A to select all contacts and drag them to the Bcc to see if it objects; if it won't accept all you can click the first contact and then scroll down and shift click to select a range of contacts and drag them to the Bcc and then repeat on a second email, etc.
