Multiple Libraries Multiple Devices

I have several different libraries each synced with a different device on one Windows 7 Ultimate PC. Managing each library independently is an easy task when syncing while connected to the device with the appropriate library opened. Is there a way to sync each library through the wireless function without being at the controls of the PC? If I had multiple user accounts "logged in" at the same time with each account designated to the specific iTunes library of each device, would it be able to sync wirelessly to each device or would it automatically sync to the "active" user account on windows?
