how can i change my password i already forget my secret question? i also dont have recovery email just recently added alternate email thanks

If your phone is disabled follow these instructions : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
If you also want to reset your iTunes account's password : http://iforgot.apple.com
