iPad will not connect

iPad will not connect to iTunes on my Windows 8 PC, it has connected in the past with no issues, the PC sees the iPad, my iPhone connects to iTunes perfectly, I have restarted both the PC & IPad, removed iTunes from my PC and downloaded a new iTunes, but I cannot figure this one out.

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the iPad is not recognized by iTunes. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
