How do i change my security questions?

My mom has passed away and shes the one that used my google for itunes and she made her security questions and never told me and she used the backup email and i dont know her passwords or anything. I need my security questions to buy anything... Any help to how to get or change my security questions back?

You need to ask Apple if they'll reset the security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
