How do I get the answers to my security questions? It keeps telling me it sent the answers to my email but I haven't received anything. How do I reset the answers?

i got a gift card and I had no trouble redeeming it. But when I try to get a son with it it asks for my security questions, which i dont remember the answers to. when I go to the page to reset the answers, it tells me the email has been set to reset the answers but I never receive anything. I've tried this about 6 or 7 times and it still won't work. i even went as far as checking my other emails. Any ideas?
