Where are my playlists?

Suddenly, about 2/3 of my playlists disappeared form the cloud AND from my home desktop where I manage my iTunes. Odd, it kept about the first ten but the rest are gone. And after I added a new ones they are not showing up on my mobile devices and other laptops/iMacs. Thanks in advance for any advice.
