I have an iPad mini. It says I have 55 videos and 892 pictures. I cant find any videos and I only have 130 pictures. Im running out of room on my iPad and I dont know why. I wanna delete the video. I only have 16 apps. Where did all my storage go? My iPad is 16MB

Try setting the date of your iPad back a few months then open the Photos app. Now open the Recently Deleted' album & see if your photos/videos are there. If so tap Select (upper right) then tap Delete All (upper left). You might have to set the date back a few times to find all the phantom Photis/Videos.
