taking animated photo

How can I take animated photos (like what I saw in Samsung S4 cellphones) in my iPhone 5s?

I have downloaded and installed some application for GIF format pictures. but none of them are what I wanted.

in animated photos, all objects are steady but some moving objects, move frequently.

please help me.
