Problem with my iPhone 5c

Hello,

I have a problem with my iPhone 5c, yesterday I erased my device and after

the process of erase,

When finished wiping my device I had a problem activation did not show my

id iCloud

but appeared another iCloud id.

I must say that I removed the device from www.icloud.com personal account

and

when I connect www.icloud.com personal account appears to be erased.

What steps should you follow to recover my device.

I am attaching a picture taken in iCloud account.
