How do I deactivate computers that are not available

Do you mean deauthorize? If the computers are not available, then you will have to go to iTunes on a computer that you do have access to, click on your account name, then on Account Info, and at the bottom of the 1st section (Summary), click on Deauthorize all. You will then need to go to the Store option in the top menu and re-Authorize any computers that you have authorized for your Apple ID.
