why cant i download ios8.2?
my phone has 1.7GB of storage available, it is plugged into my computer charging, and on wifi, but every time i try to download the update, it says un able to instal?! please help

If you're doing an Over The Air upgrade to 8.2 from 7 or previous, you need about 6GB of free space to succeed. If the upgrade is from any 8 previous to 8.2 you need about 3-4 GB to succeed. You can also attempt the upgrade using the iTunes program installed on a computer: since the download, verification and unpacking occurs in the much roomier computer, phone space requirements are drastically reduced.
