clearing personal data

I want to gift my Ipad Air to my grandaughter. Is there a way I can clear the data but keep the Apps ?

No.

Apps are tied to the account used to buy them.

If you clear all your data off, she will not be able update any of the apps without your apple ID and password.

Thank you Johnathan - but a lot came free with the Ipad. No way I can just save those? Otherwise I assume I just have to leave it as is but find some way to disassociate the Ipad from my Itunes and Cloud so she doesn't get my emails ?
