I bought an iPhone 6 recently. But I don't have FaceTime App. The Store where i bought the unit is not accepting an exchange since I opened the box already😠. Is there any chance that I can get this App? I looked for ways how to get Facetime but it always ended up by jailbreaking, but I don't want my iPhone to get jailbroken.😢

What is the model number of the device? Where did you purchase it? An Apple store is not going to refuse an exchange just because the box is opened....

If it originated from Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates, it'll never have FaceTime.
If it originated from a different Middle Eastern country, it may lose it if unlocked or taken outside the country.
If neither of these is applicable, check the device's restrictions.

yeah! I bought it in Middle East. Is there Any chance that if I reset and register it in my home country I get the App?
Sadly, it's not an Apple Store. It's a big Electronic Shop but unfortunately the manager doesn't even want to talk to me. They have units with Facetime and I ask specifically about the app, surprisingly when i Opened the phone the app isn't included.
Well, it sounds like it is a Saudi or UAE model, so you won't be able to ever get it on the device.

You need to take the phone back to the shop that you purchased it in and return it for a full refund as you will never be able to get FaceTime on that phone.
Start again and buy a phone that has not originated from the Middle East and that will have FaceTime on it.
Also, not, that FaceTime is NOT an app on your phone, it is a setting that comes up when you make phone calls and you have the option to make an ordinary call or to FaceTime someone instead.
