Synching Outlook on my Personal Computer with icloud

What's the easiest way (i.e. the simple steps) of synching Outlook, that is my email, calendar, tasks and contacts) with my ipad on the cloud? I can see that I have the cloud on outlook on my PC, and obviously I have it on my ipad, but how do I get one to share with the other so I can see the same screen simultaneously as I can already do with, say, Google Documents??)
