Q: Can't login reset/retrieve access to account

My friend is locked out of the apple account, making it a problem to download apps.

Even though my email is set as an alternative mode of communication, neither password reset access emails are being sent to me or on the registered email id.

I would appreciate is someone from the Apple Support could help reset and resolve this issue.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you are not receiving the reset email. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
