My account is disabled for security reasons. I tried to enable but I couldn't remember my secret question and I also can't login to icloud to enable my email. What can I do?

p/s: I still remember my old password

Many thanks,

Hi Hoangpnb,

You should be able to reset your password on your iPad if a prompt asks for it. If you are trying to reset it and it is asking for security questions, you will need to know those in order to proceed. If you still cannot access your account then you will need to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
